Pete launches his 2025 spring and summer school holiday cricket camps at Rainton CC, North Yorkshire, between Thirsk and Ripon
Pete is delighted to launch his 2025 school spring half term and summer holiday junior cricket coaching camps to be held at Rainton Cricket Club, Carr Lane, Rainton, Thirsk YO7 3PS. Rainton is between Thirsk and Ripon in North Yorkshire. There will be fun drills, games, nets and matches. Each day will run from 10am until 3pm.
NEW! On 14 May Pete launched an Early Drop Off option allowing a limited number of children who are booked on this option to be dropped off from 9am to 10am on specific booked days. These will be available online to book for any of these spring/summer camps. So to be clear, if you wanted to book your child for say Tues 29 July with early drop off, you need to book a normal ticket for that day AND then book a separate ADD ON early drop off ticket.
Customers who have already booked the camps can book an early drop off on its own, subject to availability, to add on to an existing booking on that day. If these places sell out for a particular day, please don’t ask Pete to “squeeze one more in”, as he won’t be able to due to ensuring he does not breach safeguarding ratios on his changed staffing arrangements.
All coaches are qualified and DBS checked and there will be at least one female coach on each camp, except for 29 to 31 July.
The camps will be held on:

Tues/Weds/Thurs 12/13/14 August
All of the camps will cater for both soft and hard ball players and be for age 6 to age 14. The cost is £77 to attend all three days of one camp. A booking fee of £3 will apply. The cost to book both days of a two day camp is £52 plus a £2 booking fee. Individual days can be booked on any of the camps at a cost of £27 plus a booking fee of £1.
Early drop off from 9am to 10am is available to book as a separate ticket online at a cost of £8 plus a £1 booking fee from 14 May with a very limited number of spaces available. This rate is a little higher than the pro rata per hour rate for a 10am to 3pm booking as Pete has the additional costs including having to get two coaches in earlier, not one, as one is needed to look after the early arrivals while the other one does the set up work that the other one cannot do, in order to ensure the main camp is ready to start as usual at 10am.
Bookings are ONLINE ONLY as set out below. Payments can be made by debit/credit card or by Apple Pay.
